CFD Engineer – at NUMECA since Nov/2018
In addition to his engineering activities, he works on research projects and supervises students during their internships and master’s theses.
“Hi there,
I’m Matthias and after finishing my PhD in ‘computational wind energy’, I work as a CFD engineer at NUMECA Ingenieurbüro since 2018. Here, I love the huge variety of fields in which we use CFD – from micro compressors to aviation, from steady-state RANS to Particle-Tracking and Conjugated Heat Transfer. This is what drives me each day.
In case, I’m not sitting in front of my computer, I like to read or to be outside – running, cycling or simply enjoying a coffee among a city break.
